Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@plenalix.com.

You will receive an automated confirmation. Please reply to that email with clear photos showing:

  • The external packaging, including the visible shipping label

  • The contents of the package, with any damage or discrepancies clearly highlighted

We treat such cases as a top priority and apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Product Malfunctions or Usage Issues

If you experience any problems while using a product — despite following the provided instructions — please get in touch with us at info@plenalix.com.

After receiving the automated response, please reply with a clear photo or video demonstrating the issue (for example, the product not turning on, not charging, or not functioning properly).

If the issue cannot be visually documented, we may ask you to return the product to our facility for further inspection.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

Only claims that meet the applicable warranty terms and reporting conditions will be considered for review and resolution.


Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled and no mutual agreement has been reached, you have the right to escalate the matter through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Please note that only claims that fully comply with the requirements outlined above will be considered valid for further action.
